Helen has been working with me for the last few months as a personal trainer to help me prepare for my upcoming wedding.
Despite losing some weight myself through lifestyle and diet changes, I was struggling with not having consistent weight loss and my body shape was not as I wanted. With my wedding not too far away, I realised I needed help and after asking around and doing some research, found Helen.
As a personal trainer, Helen has been positive, motivational and sympathetic from the first time we met, with words or advice and encouragement every step of the way.
After an initial discussion we agreed on a plan, ever since I have been having regular personal trainer sessions with Helen which incorporate fitness and toning.
The results have been brilliant, I couldn’t be any happier. In a relatively short period of time I have dropped 3 dress sizes. Apart from losing weight I have become much more toned and feel absolutely great!
